What we collect, why we collect it, and who processes it.

Public listing information
Whatever you put in a listing (name, images, description, links, location, public contact details) is published on rywex.com and in our sitemap.
Private information
- Email you add to a listing: used only for outbid alerts and private edit links. It is never shown publicly. You can unsubscribe from alerts with one click.
- Account: sign-in is handled by Clerk (Google or email). We store your user ID, email and role.
- Payments: processed by Razorpay. We store order and payment IDs, amounts and status. We never see or store card details.
- Verification requests, reports and contact messages: stored so our team can review them.
Analytics
We count impressions, profile views, unique visitors and outbound clicks ourselves. Your browser keeps a random visitor ID, which we combine with the date and hash, so we can count unique daily visitors without building a profile of you. Your IP address is used briefly, in memory only, to block spam and abuse.
Ask Rywex chat
Messages you send to the Ask Rywex assistant are stored with an anonymous session ID and processed by our AI provider to generate replies. Please don't share personal details in the chat.
