Refund & Cancellation Policy

Leaderboard payments are final. Please read the Bidding Rules before paying.

Payments are final

When your payment is confirmed, your listing is published (or boosted) straight away. Because the position is delivered immediately, payments cannot be cancelled afterwards and are not refunded, including when someone outbids you. No compensation is paid to outbid listings. Everything you paid keeps counting towards your listing's total.

Problems with a payment

If you were charged twice for the same order, or you were charged and your listing wasn't published, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID. We will look into it and handle each case individually. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank decides how long that takes.

Removed listings

We may hide or remove listings that break our Terms (for example fraud, impersonation or illegal content). Removal for breaking the rules does not entitle you to a refund.

Cancelling a checkout

If you close the Razorpay checkout before paying, you are not charged and nothing is published.
